By using our website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided
Next Level Tax Advisers provides professional tax preparation and advisory services, including but not limited to:
- Federal and state individual income tax return preparation and e-filing
- Business, partnership, and S-Corporation return preparation
- Tax planning and year-round advisory services
- IRS audit representation and correspondence support
- Amended return preparation
The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate client engagement agreement or service agreement signed prior to commencement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for us to perform the Services. Specifically, you are responsible for:
- Providing all relevant income documents, receipts, and records in a timely manner
- Reviewing your completed return for accuracy before signing and authorizing e-filing
- Notifying us promptly of any changes to your financial situation that may affect your return
- Maintaining copies of all documents submitted to us and all completed returns
Next Level Tax Advisers is not responsible for errors, penalties, or additional taxes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by you.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for Services are agreed upon in advance and communicated to you before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of your return and prior to e-filing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as posted on our client portal.
Returned payments, chargebacks, or disputed charges will result in suspension of services until resolved. You are responsible for any costs we incur in collecting overdue amounts.
5. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
We prepare your return based solely on the information you provide. While we apply professional diligence in preparing your return, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim.
We are not liable for:
- IRS or state agency audits, penalties, or interest arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete
- Changes in tax law occurring after your return is filed
- Delays caused by IRS or state processing backlogs
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential in accordance with IRS Publication 4600 (Safeguarding Taxpayer Data) and applicable Florida law. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to prepare and file your return, as required by law, or as authorized by you in writing.
7. Electronic Signatures & E-Filing Authorization
By signing IRS Form 8879 (or applicable state equivalent), you authorize us to electronically file your return on your behalf. You certify that the information on the return is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. This authorization does not transfer responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Next Level Tax Advisers and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an engagement at any time upon written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if you provide materially false information or request that we act in violation of applicable law or professional standards.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
